As receitas de forno são rápidas de preparar e são sempre escolhas acertadas e que agradam a todos. Com Julho a acabar, deixo-vos uma receita que é o meu básico de sempre. Com uma ou outra variação, frango e batatas no forno não tem nada que enganar, vai bem com tudo. Desta vez com sabores de verão, que é o que havia no frigorífico cá de casa – tomate maduro, pimento e ervas secas para adicionar sabor.

Ingredientes para 4 pessoas:
650g de perfilhas de frango
2 batatas grandes “normais”
1 batata doce laranja grande
1 cebola
1 tomate maduro
1/2 pimento vermelho
3 dentes de alho
sal e pimenta q.b.
1 colher de sopa de ervas secas a gosto
azeite q.b.
limão q.b.
Preparação:
Descasque as batatas e corte-as em cubos. Corte o tomate e o pimento em cubos pequenos. Pique grosseiramente a cebola e pique os dentes de alho.
Num tabuleiro que vá ao forno e à mesa, coloque as perfilhas de frango ao centro e À volta coloque as batatas, misturando-as com o tomate e pimento. Cubra com a cebola picada, os dentes de alho picados e tempere tudo com sal, pimenta, as ervas secas a gosto e regue com um fio de azeite. Por cima disponha rodelas de limão.
Tape com papel de alumínio e leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 1h30, retirando o papel e deixando cozinhar até alourar, cerca de 15 minutos.
Sirva depois com uma salada verde.
