Desta vez acabei a preparar uma sangria de vinho rosé, para acompanhar uns petiscos de final de tarde depois de uma passeata de bicicleta pelo Choupal com os miúdos e uns amigos. Porque a vida é feita destes pequenos momentos. Porque nunca se sabe o que nos reserva o dia de amanhã. Porque devemos viver o hoje e o agora com quem nos aprecia e valoriza. E brindar! E celebrar!
Ingredientes para 1 jarro de sangria:
1 garrafa de vinho rosé fresco
polpa de 4 maracujás
4 morangos
1 limão
hortelã fresca q.b.
1 pau de canela
50g de açúcar
gelo q.b.
Preparação:
Num jarro grande coloque a polpa de maracujá, os morangos cortados em quartos, o limão em pedaços, o açúcar, a canela e a hortelã fresca e misture bem e se puder deixe a macerar uns 30 minutos. Junte depois o vinho rosé e junte bastante gelo. Misture bem.
Sirva de imediato!
