No último cabaz de peixe da Peixinho da Lota, veio, entre outras coisas, um robalo grande e uma dourada mais solitária. A ideia era mesmo só fazer o robalo, mas depois fiquei a pensar na dourada solitária e acabei a preparar ao mesmo tempo os dois peixes com a ideia de usar a dourada – caso não se comesse – noutra preparação, o que acabou por acontecer.
Acabei por cozinhar tudo no forno e de forma muito simples, que acaba por ser como mais gostamos nesta altura do ano, em que grelhar na brasa está mais fora de questão.
Fica a nossa preparação.
Ingredientes para 4 pessoas:
1 robalo grande, com cerca de 1 quilo
3 dentes de alho
1 molhinho de coentros
1 limão
sal e pimenta
100ml de vinho branco
azeite q.b.
Preparação:
Coloque o peixe numa assadeira ou pirex grande e tempere de sal e pimenta.
Corte o limao em rodelas e descasque e pique grosseiramente os dentes de alho.
Na barriga do peixe coloque umas rodelas de limão, um pouco de alho e também alguns coentros. Regue depois com o vinho branco e termine dispondo o resto do alho, limão e coentros por cima do peixe.
regue com um pouco de azeite.
Leve a assar, cerca de 30 a 45 minutos em forno pre aquecido a 180ºC.
Sirva depois com batatinhas cozidas ou assadas e uma salada verde ou legumes salteados.
