Pitas com Brie e Salada de Fruta

Dias de verão são sempre a ocasião certa para petiscos. Refeições mais leves e de preferência muito coloridas.Estas pitas, ligeiramente tostadas e recheadas com fruta fresca e queijo brie macio, fazem um contraste delicioso de sabores, são muito fáceis de preparar e são a desculpa perfeita para uma bebida fresca e amigos à volta da mesa.Um petisco diferente, mas bastante agradável para continuar a celebrar o verão e o sol!

Ingredientes:

3 pães pita

1 queijo camembert

fruta variada a gosto (usei kiwi e papaia, mas podem ser pêssegos, ameixas, uvas…)

mel q.b.

sementes a gosto q.b.

Preparação:

Comece por cortar o pão pita em triângulos e leve-o ao forno para que fiquem tostados. Retire.

Corte o queijo brie em cubinhos e coloque numa saladeira. Corte também a fruta em cubinhos e junte ao queijo. Regue com um fio de mel e misture bem.

Coloque depois um pouco da mistura sobre o pão pita, e polvilhe com sementes.
