Mousse de Morango

Ingredientes:

0.5 kg de morangos

150gr de açúcar (podem substituir por adoçante)

sumo de 1 laranja

sumo de 1/4 de limão

2 claras

2 folhas de gelatina

1 pacote de natas (eu uso natas light)

Preparação:

Lavam-se muito bem os morangos e tiram-se os pezinhos. Num copo alto colocam-se os morangos, o açúcar ou adoçante e o sumo de laranja e limão. Com a varinha mágica tritura-se tudo muito bem.

Batem-se as claras em castelo e, separadamente, as natas até ficarem firmes.

Envolve-se cuidadosamente o creme de morangos, as natas e as claras.

Demolham-se as folhas de gelatina em água fria e depois juntam-se umas gotas de água quente até a gelatina se dissolver. Junta-se então à gelatina dissolvida a mistura de morangos (nunca o contrário!) e leva-se ao frigorífico até servir.

No momento de servir decora-se com morangos inteiros!
