Tarte Snickers

No aniversário do Zé Maria, para além doa almoço com os avós, fim depois um lanche para alguns amigos.

A maioria das receitas foram coisas que faço habitualmente e que sei que todos gostam e que já esperam encontrar nas festas cá de casa.

Mas resolvi também fazer esta tarte snickers, assim batizado porque a combinação é inspirada no famoso chocolate de bolacha, caramelo, amendoim e chocolate

Apesar de andar por aqui uma tarte com a mesma combinação de sabores (e que também está publicada no ultimo livro), esta é uma versão muito mais simplificada e adequada a ser feita nestas ocasiões.

Foi um sucesso tão grande que repeti menos de uma semana depois no aniversário do António. E os pedidos para partilhar a receita não param de chegar.

Aqui fica então. 

Ingredientes para 1 tarte

225g de farinha

150g de manteiga fria

75g de açúcar

1 lata de leite condensado cozido

125g de amendoins torrados com sal

200g de chocolate 70% cacau

Preparação:

Comece por preparar a base da tarte.

No robot de cozinha ou à mão, misture a farinha com a manteiga cortada em cubos e o açucar até obter primeiro umas migalhas grossas e depois uma massa homogénea.

Forre uma terceira de fundo amovível com esta massa – não precisa de ser esticada com o rolo, basta usar ao mãos para forrar a tarteira – fundo e laterais.

Leve depois a massa a cozinhar em forno pre aqueicido a 180ºC durante cerca de 25 minutos ou até a base estar dourada.

Retire e deixe arrefecer completamente. (Se a massa tiver “subido” e inchado no forno, assim que sair do forno pressione com um pano lavado para que baixe. Cuidado para não se queimar).

Assim que a base estiver completamente fria, desenforme cuidadosamente e coloque no prato de servir.

Recheie depois a tarte com o leite condensado cozido e por cima disponha os amendoins.

Derreta depois o chocolate em banho maria (sem adicionar nada) ou no microondas durante 1,30 segundos, mexendo a cada 30 segundos para não queimar e verta depois sobre a tarte, espalhando bem, de modo a formar a cobertura de chocolate.

Deixe o chocolate solidificar completamente antes de servir.
