Vamos fazer um Piquenique?

Quem não gosta de piqueniques? Sair de casa de cesta na mão, refeição pronta a comer, e ir até um bonito local, na serra, no campo, na praia, ou até ao jardim mais próximo de casa, estender a manta, a toalha e abrir caixinhas de petiscos deliciosos?

Aqui em casa somos fãs, e assim que o bom tempo chega, e sempre que podemos, aproveitamos para fazer estas refeições ao ar livre. Os miúdos adoram, e é sempre um bom programa em família ou com amigos.

Sabiam que no passado dia 18 de Junho se comemorou o Dia do Piquenique. Apesar dde o tempo não estar espetacular para piqueniques, o melhor é mesmo assim ir aproveitando estes dias grandes! E por isso nada melhor do que vos deixar uma lista de sugestões de snacks, simples e rápidos de preparar para um piquenique em família.

Partilho com vocês as receitas favoritas cá de casa, e que raramente faltam nos nossos piqueniques:


  • Salada de massa: Massa cozida, tomate cereja partido ao meio, bolinhas de mozarella, folhas de rúcula ou espinafres baby, e bacon estaladiço ou sobras de frango ou carne assada


  • Ovos cozidos, palitos de cenoura ou cenouras baby, palitos de pepino e tomates cereja os miúdos adoram.


  • Pasta de abacate: abacate esmagado com flor de sal, sumo de limão e umas folhinhas de coentros. Perfeito para comer com os palitos de cenoura e pepino ou com tostinhas. Outra alternativa é o Hummus (pasta de grão de bico)


  • Quiches e empadas são também boas alternativas para piqueniques. Além de serem óptimas para aproveitar sobras do frigorífico


  • Wraps de frango e Manga: Sobre um wraps colocar folhas de rúcula, fatias de manga, bifinhos de frango grelhado ou desfiado. Enrolar e embrulhar em papel de alumínio ou vegetal e está pronto a levar.

  • Frango de churrasco pode também ser uma opção rápida e deliciosa para um piquenique preparado em pouco tempo. Para acompanhar, além das clássicas batatas fritas, nada melhor do que uma salada de couve, maçã e cenoura, com passas e amêndoas e uma maionese para ligar.


  • Para os mais gourmets, vários queijos e patês, enchidos e tostinhas e pães variados, são também boas e rápidas opções


  • Nunca esquecer os clássicos dos piqueniques como os ovos verdes, os panados, croquetes, bolinhos de bacalhau ou rissois


  • Claro que um piquenique tem de ter fruta! Levar morangos, cerejas, alperces, uvas, ou pêssegos já lavados e prontos a comer. Ou então melão ou melancia para cortar e dividir por todos.

  • Não esquecer das bebidas: os clássicos sumos e minis, sem esquecer a água. Mas podem fazer também ice tea caseiro. Ferver 1 litro de água e juntar o chá da vossa preferência, de modo a ficar mais concentrado. Juntar água fria, e polpa de fruta triturada como manga ou pêssego, ou ainda frutos vermelhos. Rodelas de laranja ou limão, hortelã e açúcar a gosto. Levar bem frio na geleira


  • Claro que um piquenique tem de ter sempre um bolo. O clássico bolo de iogurte, ou uns pasteis de natas. E se levarem isto dos piqueniques mesmo a sério, como nós, nada melhor do que um termo, com café quentinho, para servir com o bolo no final da refeição!
